Senior architect (fully remote)

Antonio Agresti Studio is seeking an experienced senior architect to join its team in a fully remote role.
The successful candidate will lead the design and delivery of high-quality architectural projects, working across all stages from concept design through to construction documentation. Responsibilities include developing design proposals, leading project teams, coordinating with clients, consultants and contractors, and ensuring projects meet the required standards, programme and budget.
The senior architect will oversee day-to-day project leadership, design development, technical coordination and documentation.
Applicants should hold a degree in architecture and have at least three years of relevant professional experience, with a strong track record of leading projects from concept through to completion. Excellent design, communication and organisational skills are essential, along with the ability to manage competing priorities and work collaboratively in a fast-paced, remote studio environment.
Proficiency in AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is required, as is experience with 3D rendering software. Experience working in the UAE or wider Middle East, as well as familiarity with local regulations and approval processes, would be an advantage.
This is a fully remote position. The successful candidate will collaborate with the team and project stakeholders through online meetings and digital communication tools. The studio is based in Dubai and is currently working on projects in the UAE, UK and Italy.
