BIM manager

Spacelab is looking for a BIM manager to join its busy London-based practice.

We are:

Spacelab; an award-winning consultancy, architecture and design practice. We’ve built a reputation over the past 15 years for being visionaries in the industry. We use research and data to interpret problems and solutions, enabling us to re-imagine how spaces can be used more effectively. This has resulted in inspiring and functional spaces that empower the people who use them.

Continuously moving forward, we have recently taken this methodology to a new level; breaking down more industry ‘norms’ and using cutting-edge technology to provide an even more exciting, efficient and collaborative service.

We are now seeking an experienced BIM manager to work alongside our core team to provide a smooth transition into this new way of working, and to drive our BIM strategy within it. The initial focus will be managing and building the setup and transfer of our primary software from Vectorworks to Revit, and guiding the team of forty users through the changes. Smart: efficient with time. Excited and curious to endlessly learn.
Real: confident, relatable and down to earth. No ego. Willingness to do what needs to be done.
Dynamic: adaptable and motivated by change. Creatively minded. Proactive “can-do” mind-set.
Together: hands on, empathetic and committed to the needs of the team.
