Jan Kattein Architects is seeking a Part 1 or Part 2 architect to join its firm in London.
We are looking for an experienced Part 1 architect wanting to take a second year out/experienced Part 2 architect to join our studio in London to work on a range of exciting projects, including town centre regeneration strategies, meanwhile projects, high streets, community gardens and self builds. You will work with local communities to transform neighbourhoods and make a meaningful contribution, take on real responsibility and meet some of the people that are making bottom-up regeneration a reality. You need to be a confident designer with fluency in digital and hand drawing and a keen maker. A lot of our work is about communication. Written and oral communication skills are paramount and you need to enjoy working in dialogue with clients, stakeholders, consultants, fabricators and collaborators and show initiative and commitment to your work.
