Experiential design lead

Populous is looking for an experiential design lead to join its firm in London.
Populous Activate is an award-winning experiential design agency, creating the branded environments and experiences for world-class stadia and entertainment venues worldwide.
We are seeking a senior experiential designer who will develop and deliver a range of brand-focused projects including sports and entertainment environments, brand-activated spaces, pop-up events and retail environments from concept through to production. You will enjoy working on a variety of environmental design projects from straightforward design approaches to complex design challenges.
We need you to bring your experience and knowledge of branded environment design and user experience to the group. We need your willingness to learn, absorb, interpret and collaborate to create innovative solutions for exciting brands with challenging briefs across a range of media.
We need you to be able to create viable conceptual ideas using image boards, sketching and rendering. Computer-aided and freehand drawing skills are therefore essential. We need you to define the detailed design including space planning, spatial visualisation, colour and finish specification, design intent documentation, construction documents and resource coordination.
You will be able to plan, schedule and manage workflow within a multi-disciplined creative team in a fast paced environment. You will be fluent in Adobe Creative Suite with knowledge of Sketch-Up and various 3D modelling programs. You will also be familiar with fabrication processes, techniques and materials.
