Part 2 architectural assistant
at Roc Haus
ROC Haus has an opportunity for a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its team working in Essex.
We are currently looking for a talented architectural assistant to work on a variety of projects across the full range of RIBA stages. Any candidate should be interested in progressing their career and would want to progress to get their Part 3, which ROC Haus would support them in fully with our in-house qualified architect.
Skills and attributes:
- a minimum of two years’ post-Part 2 experience on UK contracts
- exceptional technical, design and communication (both written and verbal) skills
- ability to take on responsibility for projects and deal with clients directly as well as working as a team
- self-motivated
- PC literate with highly proficient AutoCAD, SketchUp and Adobe CS skills
- Revit is a plus
This is a full-time permanent position based in Essex/east London.
Salary dependent on experience. To be discussed at interview.
