Account executive
Camron PR is looking for an account executive to join its London-based team.
Global design PR agency, Camron PR, is seeking to appoint two talented account executives to join our two London teams specialising in high-end interiors, interior design and architecture. Our ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience at a PR agency, be dedicated and creative with a vibrant personality.
This is an entry level job at Camron. The candidate will be a graduate and will realise that this is a key job within the team. The expectation of an account executive is that press liaison is done well and efficiently, and relationships with journalists are built up through constant contact.
Much of the job is administrative and it is essential that an account executive understands this.
Responsibilities:
- planning and implementing press events
- organising media kits, including writing and distributing press releases
- liaising with media and placing coverage for a variety of clients
- writing reports, maintaining updated media trackers and database management
- handling team administration
Requirements:
- proven experience in a similar role with a PR agency
- excellent verbal and written communication skills
- confidence in pitching to journalists for a variety of clients
- well organised with strong time management and project management skills
- experience of filing, team administration and database management
- excellent team work skills
- knowledge of Microsoft Office
- outgoing, enthusiastic and energetic
