Ethos Design and Architecture is looking for Part 2/3 architects to join its London team.
Ethos is a unique multi-disciplined international architecture and interior design business based in London, Dubai and Scotland.
We’ve built a reputation for creating and developing innovative and dynamic creative solutions, in many cases providing a fully integrated approach on all aspects from concept to interior design, architecture, digital and brand experiences.
Our teams have a wide range of collective experiences and skills that make the design concepts and ideas we work on, stand out. Because of our integrated approach, we have some unique and unusual ways of bringing designs, concepts, buildings and the brands we work on to life.
We work across every sector and have over 25 years’ experience working on projects across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. We have a huge experience in residential and hospitality and have worked for many of the major developers in the UK and across the Far and Middle East including Argent, Keepmoat, Quintain, Masdar, Glavstroy, CPG and Hutchison Whampoa.
Ethos is looking to fill positions with the following qualifications.
Part 2/3 architects:
- with three years’ plus work experience
- fluent in AutoCAD, SketchUp and all Adobe suite software
- Revit experience
- experience working across several sectors including hospitality, residential, commercial
- experience with producing planning applications
- interior design experience is a plus
If Part 3, the qualifications listed above, and:
- ability to produce tender and detailing packages
- on-site experience a plus
- client communication experience
Overall the candidates should be passionate and enthusiastic about Architecture and Design with good team spirit and ability to work across a variety of fields.
Salary is dependent on experience. We are looking for an immediate start.
