Part 1 architectural assistant
at Private: BTL Property
BTL Property has an opportunity for a Part 1 architectural assistant to join its firm in London.
For an immediate start, a highly motivated candidate who has an aspiration to work in residential/luxury residential. AutoCAD efficiency is a must, be ready to hit the ground running and must have an eye for detail.
Role:
- working to senior designers in line with the RIBA staged process
- help with the implementation of design decisions, present for discussion and sign off
- conduct measured surveys

- have good attention to detail and hyper organised
- have good communication and interpersonal skills

- be able to communicate design ideas verbally and visually
Essential skill requirements:
- Part 1 qualified
- to have strong time and project management skills
- strong technical drawing skills in AutoCAD
- full EU driving license and comfortable driving around London – you will be required to drive most days
- Microsoft Office applications
