Part 2 architectural assistant

Omniform is hiring a Part 2 architectural assistant to join its firm in London.
Omniform is a design and construction company that specialises in high-end residential dwellings. We are looking for an enthusiastic Part 2 architectural assistant to join our design studio and work on a variety of interesting residential projects.
The successful applicant will be involved in all stages of projects, from concept design through to completion. They will, under supervision, manage projects, deal with clients, prepare drawing packages, specifications and schedules.
Key skills required:
- at least one year of experience working in a practice
- fluent use of AutoCAD and proficient drafting skills
- detailed knowledge of SketchUp and Adobe Suite, Revit skills would be an advantage
- good knowledge of UK construction methods and building regulations
- strong design and graphical communication skills
- confident communication skills, self-motivated and well organised
- ability and experience of dealing with clients directly
- fluent in written and spoken English
