Digital marketing manager

Tom Dixon is looking for a digital marketing manager to join its team in London.
As digital marketing manager, your role will be to increase brand awareness in key markets and drive traffic to and therefore deliver revenue from the digital and physical spaces the brand owns and operates, which may include partner and joint venture locations.
Excelling in digital has become the driving force in many brands’ growth strategies and Tom Dixon is no exception. You will be the key driver of this growth by developing and managing digital marketing campaigns with the aim of both winning new customers and, perhaps more importantly, maximising our customer retention and lifetime value.
This is a full-time role based in London and reports into the global head of ecommerce.

About the role
Day to day responsibility for managing the global digital marketing and acquisition strategies both directly and through agency partners.
More specifically you will be responsible for:
- the numbers – P+L responsibility for global digital marketing and to deliver budgeted profitability by maximising trading strategies in line with the marketing plan and trading calendar. You will analyse and report sales as well as plan and forecast spend, revenue and sessions and further KPIs from paid channels
- digital marketing mix – responsible for developing, influencing and managing an online marketing strategy to increase both traffic and retention and ultimately conversion for PPC, email, social and affiliates. You will own the relationship with and manage the performance of our digital marketing agency. You will work closely with the digital communication manager and the ecommerce team to ensure all communication campaigns are aligned and commercial objectives can be met
- customer loyalty – develop and create innovative ways to engage existing users and customers and increase ‘lifetime’. Together with the digital communication manager and the ecommerce team, you will implement our new digital marketing platform and deliver exponential growth following the successful launch
- 3rd party online channels – be accountable for the strategy and execution for Amazon and key e’tail customers in order to maximize sales and deliver a first class user experience and as such you will be expected to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams, agency and internal stakeholders to deliver results
About you
More specifically:
- at least three years’ experience in a similar role or in an agency-based role
- proven track record managing digital channel ROI and delivering profitability for brand
- experience managing PPC, email marketing, paid social and affiliate programmes either directly or through 3rd parties or agencies, with a proven ability when managing agencies to deliver results
- strong analytical skills and the ability to make commercially focussed decisions
- strong understanding of current online marketing concepts, strategy and best practice
- superb communication skills. You naturally ignite great rapport with people and adapt your style to all levels and can influence cross-functional teams within an organisation
- ability to prioritise multiple tasks in a busy environment
- an entrepreneur mind-set and a can-do attitude. You are motivated by challenges and solutions driven
