Administration coordinator
Sybarite is on the hunt for an administration coordinator to join its London-based team.
Administration coordinator
Reporting to the practice manager, as part of the practice support team, you will create an excellent first impression/provide great customer service to our clients, collaborators and staff.
This role will ensure the smooth running of our Hammersmith studio and provide ad hoc PA support to our co-founders. The role will suit someone looking to develop a career in administration within a creative company.

About the role:
- reception duties; including answering calls, greeting guests, preparing meetings, managing office supplies, equipment and post
- office admin; including printing, binding, typing and filing for the project teams
- PA support to the co-founders; including travel, expenses, timesheets and private admin
- responsibility for the appearance of the office, kitchen, library and conference room
- assisting with CPDs, workshops and team events
- liaising with external IT support and maintenance contracts
- coordinating the office calendar and meeting room bookings
- to complete training as directed, pertaining to the role and the practice
- to act as an ambassador for the practice
About you:

- exceptional verbal and written communication skills
- strong organisational skills with meticulous, thorough approach
- IT proficiency including: MS Office Suite – essential), Adobe Creative Suite – desirable

Hours:
Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 6.00pm
Including an hour for lunch, in a culture where people actually take their lunch!
Salary:
