Studio Egret West is an award-winning, highly creative, architecture, urban design and landscape practice located in Clerkenwell, London. We have an expanding portfolio of UK and European projects and require a talented landscape architect. Uniquely positioned you can expect to work on projects of all scales including urban design as well as architecture. Required:

  • postgraduate degree in landscape architecture or architecture with two years’ plus of proven experience in developing landscape and public realm designs in conjunction with complex architecture and masterplanning projects
  • Architects and urban designers with an interest in landscape design are encouraged to apply
  • experience in delivering detailed designs, including the ability to sketch/develop designs on paper as well as digitally
  • excellent communication and coordination skills, Experience in working directly with clients and other consultants,
  • advanced CAD (2D and 3D), Revit, and Adobe Suite skills,
  • ability to work effectively in large project teams within an international environment,
  • fluency in English
  • relevant permit for working in the UK

Beneficial:

  • experience working in a European landscape architecture office with project experience on mainland Europe as well as in the UK,
  • experience of producing site-specific ecology strategies,
  • knowledge or experience of vertical landscapes, green walls and building integrated living systems,
  • experience of urban and rural environments, large scale park design, riverine and post-industrial landscapes,
  • knowledge of project management and site supervision,
  • Revit and BIM
  • on the pathway to chartership
