Job description
Marks & Frantz, a boutique design firm based in New York City, is in search of a full-time project manager. We are a full-service interior design firm specializing in high-end residential design and renovation projects. We are seeking a highly motivated, creative, innovative and independent individual with three-five years’ experience to join our team. Successful candidates should have a working knowledge of Studio Designer, be familiar with the entire design process including planning, budgeting, scheduling, vendor and client correspondence, presentation, selection/specification of materials, hardware, plumbing, lighting, finish materials and installation. Excellent communication, interpersonal, organisational and time management skills are essential, as well as the ability to work on multiple projects in a fast-paced deadline-driven environment.
Job requirements:
- minimum of three years’ experience as a project manager in an interior design firm
- strong attention to detail
- team player
- excellent verbal and written skills
- proficiency in AutoCAD and Adobe Suites a plus
- degree in interior design a plus
