Graduate landscape architect

HTA Design has an opening for a graduate landscape architect to join its team in London or Edinburgh.
HTA Design is an award-winning multi-disciplinary design partnership of specialist teams working collaboratively in architecture, urban design, landscape architecture, interior design, graphic design and communications, sustainability and planning. Our focus is on creating great residential places – we have a 50-year track record of the design and delivery of better housing.
We are interested in hearing from both new graduates with some experience, as well as those with more experience, but not necessarily on the pathway to chartership as yet.
You will take responsibility for completing packages of work allocated by the partner for landscape design or other senior landscape architects and for achieving the required quality standards in accordance with project plans and objectives.
To be considered, the successful candidate will have:
- a relevant degree in landscape architecture or other relevant undergraduate and/or postgraduate degree
- good experience in the design and implementation of hard and soft landscape schemes reflected through a portfolio which reflects strong design skill, flair and attention to detail
- strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to interact comfortably with people at all levels
- excellent organisational skills
- the confidence to take responsibility and to manage own time and workload, establishing priorities and working to deadlines under pressure
- good IT skills, with experience of using MS office applications and proficient in AutoCAD and Adobe Creative Suite
