Starc Architects is seeking an architect to become part of its team in London.
We are a boutique commercial practice established in Southwark since 2013.
We provide innovative design to deliver high quality and cost-effective projects that maximise the brief and deliver optimum design solutions.
We bring an integrated team approach to problem-solving on every scheme.
We are looking for a self-motivated Part 3 architect to join our design-led team in Southwark with proven design skills, good communication and presentation skills with an attention to detail and at least two years’ experience in UK practice
The candidate should have:
- an excellent technical ability together with a knowledge and full understanding of both planning and building regulations
- ability to coordinate and manage projects
- proven experience of working on small to medium scale residential, commercial and mixed-use projects in London
- ability to deliver at all RIBA stages 0-7
- good knowledge of NBS specifications
- organisational capability
- AutoCAD, SketchUp, InDesign skills
