Junior product developer

Case Furniture is looking for a junior product developer to join its team in London.
Case Furniture is growing fast and we are hiring a product developer to assist with all aspects of furniture and accessories development. You will be part of a small team working on all aspects of development including – technical drawings, assembly instructions, packaging liaising with the production facilities and suppliers. You will report to the managing director and product development director.
About the job
You will be responsible for assisting in the development of all new products as well as maintaining quality and evolution in our existing products. The job requires very close cooperation with our production partners, external advisors, as well as our internal design team and external designers. Project management skills are essential to keep momentum in the process. You will work from our offices in London SW18 on a full-time basis and would be expected to travel if required.
Your key tasks will be to:
- assist in the development process through to the final product
- ensure ongoing quality control of productions
- keep a close dialogue with your line managers throughout the entire development process
About you and qualifications:
- ability to develop furniture/accessories from concept to final product
- a structured mindset with good time management
- outgoing, dynamic and taking initiative
- experience with Illustrator and Rhino essential
- fluent in English, oral and written
- UK-based
- willing to travel
