RIBA Part-III architect
FORM studio is looking for a RIBA Part-III architect to join its London practice.
FORM studio is a friendly, award-winning practice based in Bermondsey Street near London Bridge and has an immediate requirement for a talented and enthusiastic RIBA Part-III qualified architect to work on a folio of interesting top-end residential and development projects.
Applicants should combine demonstrable design and communication skills with proven technical and organisational abilities, and have experience of producing detailed construction information and carrying projects through to completion on site. Familiarity with UK construction legislation and technology in practice including a sound knowledge of UK building regulations is essential.
Applicants must be capable AutoCAD, SketchUp and Microsoft Office users. NBS and Photoshop experience an advantage. Applicants who also have proven capabilities with Revit should come to the front of the queue! Fluency in written and spoken English is essential for this position.
