Position

We are seeking an experienced and energetic Part 3 architect to run medium-to-large scale projects independently with five years’ experience in this role.

Your role will be to organise the work of a project team, oversee team members and engage with project running duties. Responsibilities will include coordinating design team actions; running design team meetings; liaising with clients and statutory authorities independently and confidently and developing architectural solutions from concept to technical design and construction stages.

You will have excellent English communication skills, be well-organised and have a proven track record of working both independently and as part of a team through all project work stages. You will have a sound knowledge of UK planning and building regulations. Experience in infrastructure/mixed-use projects is beneficial.

Fluency in Revit, SketchUp and Adobe Creative Suite is a minimum requirement; knowledge of Rhino, rendering software and Vectorworks is advantageous.

Excellent knowledge of Revit BIM is essential and will be assessed as part of the interview process.
