Responsibilities:

  • present and sell Hex Luxury Ltd products and services to current and potential clients
  • establish and maintain current customer relationships by responding to customer requests and managing/resolving customer issues
  • support the reseller communication channel throughout the sales process
  • acting as the first line of enquiry for our UK customers
  • ensuring timely responses and accurate information for quotations, pricing and renewal proposals
  • ability to sell high-end products with an audience of high disposable income
  • developing strong relationships with key decision-makers, architects, interior designers, distributors and national account purchasing agents
  • we are happy to be one of several brands that you represent
  • conducting creative promotional meetings and calls on interior designers, specifiers and end-users to increase products exposure and demand

Qualifications and experience:

  • must have previous sales or customer service experience
  • able to work well independently
  • a keen interested in interior design would be an advantage
  • outstanding communication and time-management skills
  • previous experience working with international customers and high profile clients – ideally have your own database of clients that you already work with
  • must be fluent in English
