Senior architect

Ethos Design + Architecture has an opportunity for a Revit literate senior architect to join its team in London.
At EDA we have worked across every sector and have over 20 years’ experience working on projects across the UK, Europe, the Middle East and Asia. We have considerable experience in residential development, masterplanning, mixed use, retail, workplace and hospitality design.
Based in the heart of London, you will be part of an expanding and dynamic environment working on a diverse range of architectural projects with residential experience essential. Due to the current pandemic we are happy to discuss working from home/remotely then transitioning at the appropriate time to the London office if required.
The candidate must display good all-round design and technical skills to work on a number of projects. The role requires an applicant who is self-motivated and capable of working autonomously.
The role includes:
- working as part of a team on various projects simultaneously
- supporting and mentoring members of the team with technical expertise.
- using Revit to a high standard on a daily basis ensuring your drawing work is fully coordinated, avoiding clashes, and accurately integrated within the design
- feedback project progress to a director
- liaising with other designers and consultants as required.

Skills:
- RIBA stage 4 experience
- excellent UK building regulations knowledge
- three to five years work experience in UK mixed use high density residential essential.
- multi-disciplinary knowledge and ability to communicate well with clients and associated professionals.
- able to comply with the company’s BIM / Revit / CAD standards and workflows.
- willing, enthusiastic, and flexible in their approach to work.
- good spoken and written English
- understanding of construction process.
Initially this will be on a contract basis with the opportunity for a permanent contract in the future. Salary dependent on experience.
