Garnett & Partners is seeking an architect/job runner to join its team in London.
Architect/job runner
Due to an expanding work load the practice is offering a superb opportunity for a highly motivated and talented architect to become an integral part of our versatile team.
Our ideal candidate will be a good all-rounder, RIBA Part 3 qualified, with at least two years’ UK experience post RIBA Part 2, sound construction, building regulations and contract administration knowledge as well as being comfortable liaising with clients and project teams.
Base skills:
- excellent presentation skills, both verbally, written and drawing
- strong technical grounding with experience working to building codes, practice standards and industry expectations
- a proactive and enthusiastic personality with strong interpersonal skills
All applicants must be proficient in Autocad. Basic understanding of Graphisoft Archicad would be an advantage.
