SCE Project Vietnam is seeking a project architect to join its team in Ho Chi Minh City, Vietnam.

SCE Project Vietnam, a subsidiary of SCE Project Asia, is actively looking for a project architect that will support our design team in the production of conceptual and schematic drawings for our local and overseas clients. The position is based in HCMC (Vietnam) and will require occasional travel within the country and in the Indo Pacific region for meetings.

Job description:

• be an active part of multi-ethnic team architects for design high-end international projects
• communicate actively with all the involved parties during the design
• produce high-quality drawings, 3D models, renderings and presentations
• assist the design director during the design process and coordinate the design guideline with the local team
• coordinate the activities of a project design team to ensure timely and cost-effective completion
• be responsible for the coordination and management of an architectural or interior design project
• coordinating tasks with SCE Project international team for overseas projects

Job requirements:

• bachelor/master degree in architecture
• more than three years post-qualification experience in architecture design, interior and planning
• excellent use of AutoCAD, 3DS Max, SketchUp, Microsoft Office, Adobe CS (Photoshop, Illustrator, Indesign)
• Revit skills are optional but highly appreciated
• excellent presentation, communication and organisation skills, high responsibility and team spirit
• excellent understanding in written and spoken English, knowledge of other languages is a big plus
• flexibility, tolerance, patience, spirit of initiative, willing to learn

Term of employment:

• full time position (45 hours per week from Monday to Friday)
