Fitzsimons is recruiting for project managers/quantity surveyors of all levels of experience to work from its London Office.
We are a fast growing quantity surveying and project management practice within the construction industry, specialising in the hotel, leisure and insurance sectors.
The successful candidate will report to the director and be responsible for running projects managing all aspects including arranging and attending meetings, producing cost plans, preparing tender documentation, evaluating quotations, preparing contractual documentation, reporting to the client on cost and project progress, keeping track of expenditure, regular valuations and sign off invoices and authorise for payment etc. This is a great opportunity for a highly motivated individual wishing to progress in a growing company.
The ideal candidate will come from a similar background to the above, be computer literate in Word, Excel, MS Project, work under pressure and be an effective communicator and motivator.
