Goldstein Heather is seeking a highly engaged and talented architect to join its studio in London.
Established in January 2019 and already with an exciting portfolio of projects across all scales, we are continuing to grow our team and are seeking a skilled, passionate and enthusiastic architect to help us turn planning consents into beautiful buildings.
We are looking for an architect (ARB registered Pt 3 plus min two years) with strong technical skills, UK building regulations and excellent construction detailing knowledge to take exciting and diverse projects forward through tender and construction stages. Experience in a well-regarded UK practice with a reputation for strong design is preferred. You should have experience of having detailed whole buildings – interesting small and medium scale work is particularly pertinent – rather than isolated package work. The ability to specify, ideally NBS, would also be greatly valued, as would the ability to liaise and co-ordinate with the consultant team and communicate directly with clients.
You should have proficiency in the following:
- Microstation (or a similar CAD programme)
- Adobe Creative Suite
- SketchUp
