Moreno Masey is looking for a mid-level architectural technician/technical architect to join its practice in London.
Moreno Masey has recently secured a number of exceptional, high quality, residential projects in London and is looking to expand its team by employing key staff to be closely involved in the design and delivery of these flagship schemes.
The successful candidate will have a strong knowledge of building regulations and construction detailing and demonstrate a proven capability of preparing technical drawings and specifications on creative building projects. A strong grasp of construction principles and excellent CAD drawing are essential. Proficiency with Vectorworks Architect 3D/BIM would be preferential.
The role will be both to support project teams in the creation of technical information for tender and construction under tight deadlines and to be an essential part of a wider project, contributing to our technical team as part of our commitment to technical excellence within our creative designs.
