Cousins & Cousins is looking to recruit an experienced project architect to join its growing London studio.
Cousins & Cousins is a 23 person architecture and interior design practice working across the residential, workplace, hospitality and cultural sectors and is seeking a talented and self-motivated project architect with a minimum of five years post-Part 3 experience to work on a prestigious private residential project in Putney, south-west London.
The successful applicant will have an eye for contemporary design, detail and interiors, be able to work autonomously, be confident, client and contractor facing, and have good experience acting as lead designer to coordinate and deliver large scale complex multi-faceted private residential projects from inception to completion. Experience of traditional procurement routes and contract administration required, and knowledge of project management and acting as principal designer an advantage.
Applicants should also have excellent problem solving, communication and organisational skills.
Knowledge of Microstation and Adobe suite required.
Availability for an immediate start would be ideal.
