Architectural technician

McGuinness Architects is looking for an architectural technician to join its team in London.
We currently have project opportunities to join our team currently working on projects through all RIBA Stages mainly in the high-end residential sector.
The successful candidates will have proven construction and technical design skills together with the following:
- ability to produce technical design packages
- proficient in AutoCAD
- knowledgeable in UK building regulations and planning policies
The positions will require both individual and teamwork, working under the direction of a project leader as well as the ability to work on their own initiative at times from our studios in Bermondsey.
A competitive salary will be offered depending on experience.
