We are an interior design practice creating beautiful, practical and intuitive interior design solutions for residential, retail and hospitality clients. Robert London Design is a member of the British Institute of Interior Design.
Business development manager – overview
We are seeking an individual with a wealth of new business development experience within the property and interior design sector. They will be successful in continuing the growth and creation of long-term value for the company in terms of potential new business, clients, markets, and relationships.
Key responsibilities:
- drive direct new business opportunities
- develop new materials as required to support business development activities; including designing and production of new business proposals
- identify new prospective clients
- possess a strong understanding of our projects, our competition in the industry and positioning
- represent the company brand and promote the company at all levels
- establish, develop and maintain long-lasting relationships with key players in the industry
- update databases for existing and new client relationships
Skills:
- strong existing relationships locally (London based) and globally within the property and interior design sector
- ability to work autonomously as well as part of a team
- excellent interpersonal skills with proactive attitude
- creative skills – seeing new ways of how existing opportunities could be developed, or finding completely new routes for business development
We envision this position to be part-time/contractural work. Salary negotiable and dependent on experience.
