3XN is seeking a head of PR to join its Copenhagen office.
3XN is looking for an ambitious and proactive head of PR to join our communications and business development team in Copenhagen, Denmark. The ideal candidate is hands on, has a strong existing PR network/contacts in the area of architecture, design, art and culture and thrives in an international fast-paced environment. This is a full-time position and offers a diversity of tasks that will make full use of your PR and communications background.
Main job tasks and responsibilities:
- pro-actively reach out and pitch new stories in key and relevant markets, across different media (print and digital)
- generate media coverage and help build the profile of 3XN Partners and firm in general
- cultivate and maintain good relationships with members of the press
- respond to press requests and write press releases in English/Danish related to new projects or other news
- create content for 3XN’s social media platforms (Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, and Twitter)
- update 3XN’s website with project and news
- organise key events such as project inaugurations, topping out and groundbreaking
- guide and direct media through 3XN designed buildings and the architecture process
- create an up-to-date media/press coverage archive and create press reports
- work closely with the rest of the communications and business development team in strategic PR and BD efforts and initiatives
- support with awards submissions
- pitch for lectures at key conferences and universities
- Knowledge of SEO is a big advantage
Our expectations
- a strong background in PR, communications, journalism or relevant profession
- strong existing PR network/contacts in the area of design, architecture, art and culture
- relevant experience in a dynamic and fast-moving company with an international profile
- a pro-active, professional attitude with strong communication skills
- mastery of strong verbal/written skills in English and Danish. Additional languages are a plus. However, we do encourage non-Danish candidates to apply
- can work with Adobe InDesign and Microsoft office
- a collaborative approach working with the business development team
- mastery of Social Media and embracing its potential, role and reach
- flexible and embraces challenge – ‘can do’ attitude
- independent, self-starter and motivated to learn
- supporting the partners with initiative and flexibility
