Caro Communications is looking for a senior account manager/account manager to join its office in London.
Caro Communications is one of the most creative cultural public relations consultancies in the UK. Based in Clerkenwell, central London, we represent award-winning architects, designers, manufacturers, retailers, cultural institutions and festivals. Our diverse architecture team is currently hiring to support the expanding range of projects in our enviable portfolio. We are seeking an experienced senior account manager/account manager to
work within a well-structured team on a broad range of exciting projects.
As architecture is the central focus of this role, we are seeking someone with genuine knowledge and passion for architecture and the built environment.
Required:
- proven account management experience of at least three years, preferably within an agency role, or relevant in-house experience
- a team player with a pro-active approach to all tasks
- the ability to deal confidently with colleagues, clients and journalists at all levels
- self-motivation and dedication in creating and delivering high-quality creative media campaigns
- excellent relevant media contacts and the ability to build strong relationships with journalists to sell-in news stories, profiles and features
- a high standard of English language writing, time management and administrational skills
- an understanding of strategic planning and public relations
- experience and understanding of event management and networking.
- an understanding of the digital landscape and the ability to incorporate digital activities on behalf of clients
