3XN is seeking a graduate architect to join its team in Sydney, Australia.

Research and exploration is essential to our design process as it allows us to push the boundaries of both aesthetics and functionality. We see our work as a continued series of ideas with each project building on the previous, allowing us to constantly evolve and develop our perception and approach of design.
3XN is looking for a talented graduate architect to join us full-time in our Sydney Studio. Starting date as soon as possible. You will be working with our local and internationally based team on various Australasian projects within an innovative, design oriented, fast paced environment. The culture at 3XN is collaborative, creative, and founded on Scandinavian values and design thinking.
Requirements:
- eligible for working in Australia
- bachelor or master degree in architecture
- strong abilities with Revit, Rhino, Creative Suite and in addition, Grasshopper and Dynamo
- ability to take direction from project leaders and work to meet deadlines on time
- strong conceptual design skills working with both digital and physically model making
- the ability to develop design options and ideas both individually and in collaboration with the project team
- experience with producing and maintaining drawings sets
- fluency in written and spoken English
- you must be a team player, self-directed and highly motivated
- candidates must feel comfortable in a creative and dynamic environment
- have a strong work ethic, but a “team first” mentality
