LEOS is seeking a brand manager and communication specialist to join its team in London.
LEOS is a London based property developer and institutional investor specialising in residential led developments. We have delivered successful schemes across London and the home counties with the growth capacity of delivering 1000+ residential units every year. LEOS have been rapidly expanding in the UK property market with the full capacity of development business scope, including property funding, property development, acquisition, architecture & planning, project management, property valuation and development product delivery.
The role
We are looking for a new brand manager/communication specialist to join our growing London team. Part businesses writer, part brand visualisation designer, part PR, the role will support the company’s communications strategy across wider public. As part of our creative team, you will be working alongside our design team and marketing team to support and assist producing marketing material for each development project.
Your work will include:
- managing company website
- running official company social media accounts
- press and PR
- events and award submission
- publications and presentations
- development project branding design
- development project brochure design
Candidate with writing and brand language consultancy background will be considered in advance. You must be adept in Adobe creative suite and comfortable using online tools such as Wix and social media platforms such as LinkedIn, Twitter and Instagram. The ability to write well and have a good eye are essential.
