Spatial design and build are looking for an architect for residential projects to join its team in Oxfordshire, UK.
We are a small but growing company currently operating out of Oxford doring private residential projects from new builds to extensions and renovations.
We are looking for an architect to:
- take the design lead on projects
- visit clients
- build parametric revit models
- help develop the evolving design and CAD procedures
- coordinate with construction managers
- explore innovative construction methods
We need someone who is both an expert in Revit and in UK building regulations. The successful candidate will also show a willingness to help with the development of the company with the view to creating a management role as the company grows.
The position is for remote working with lots of site visits and a weekly design meeting. The salary is £30-35k depending on experience.
