New Wave London is looking for a project manager to join its team in London.

This is perfect opportunity for experienced project manager. The successful candidate will join a privately owned expansive developing construction company based in north west London with over 20 years experience in the industry.

Position requirements:

• at least five years project management experience is essential
• ability to liaise with clients, architect, contractors, subcontractors and work colleagues
• ability to manage two to four projects
• ability to produce program of works
• ability to keep project administration up to date and have excellent problem solving skills
• ability to understand the sequence of works and materials required from the plans
• solid knowledge of MS Office package
• must be well organised and keep an eye on details
• must be capable to meet projects deadline
• must be capable of working to own initiative

Salary dependent on experience
