Bespoke Careers is looking for an ambitious architect/designer with a passion for architecture and people to join our dynamic global team. This position offers the opportunity to use your design education and experience in a different way, sourcing talent for some of the world’s most revered architectural practices. Our enviable client list includes small creative design studios such as Commune through to stars like BIG, Heatherwick Studio and Zaha Hadid Architects.
The successful individual will ultimately be based in Texas having undergone a comprehensive training and upskilling programme run out of either our New York City or Los Angeles office. For the right individual, this role offers a once in a lifetime opportunity to fast track to equity partner with a highly successful global firm established in 2004.

Key responsibilities:
- building and maintaining relationships with design studios
- sourcing architects, designers and support staff to fulfill client requirements
- building and maintaining relationships with job seekers at all levels
- reviewing applicants, interviewing candidates, writing interview summaries and ad content
- growing your network, nurturing your client and candidate relationships
- attending industry events and networking within the sector
Skills and experience:
- architecture or design qualifications and industry experience
- proven relationship building and customer service skills
- excellent communication skills
- confident with strong networking skills
- goal orientated
- team focused with a drive to succeed
