Blond is looking for a studio manager/PA to join its growing team in London.

Duties
- ensure the smooth running of the studio
- assisting the scheduling of internal and external meetings
- keep track of office supplies
- proactively keep the studio tidy and free of unnecessary clutter and organising the recycling of redundant samples and equipment
- being the face and voice of BLOND, welcoming clients/visitors, managing phones and new business enquiries
- social media management
- maintaining and developing office morale
- organising the studio’s social activities and social events (birthdays etc.)
- onboarding and supporting new members of the team
- provide support in finding suitable candidates for recruitment
Duties also include assisting the creative director in his day-to-day duties such as:
- the scheduling of internal and external meetings
- coordination of travel/events and all bookings
- providing general administrative assistance
Required skills and attributes:
- excellent proven organisational skills
- excellent written and verbal communication skills in English
- excellent administrative skills
- at least two to three years of experience in a similar role
- eagerness to become part of a tight-knit team and a brand advocate
- strong attention to detail
- willingness to teach and support other staff members
- willing to travel internationally for meetings
- able to work in the UK
Beneficial skills and attributes:

- ability to speak a language other than English
- knowledge of Adobe Creative Suite
