Part 2/Part 3 architect
Richard Markland Architects is looking for a Part 2 or recent Part 3 architect to join its growing east London practice.
Our projects range from private houses through to urban planning and regeneration schemes. We are highly progressive in our use of technology to aid the design and build process. We utilise gaming and special effects software with real time rendering as modelling tools and we virtual reality in order to communicate clearly with our clients and colleagues.
We are looking for a candidate with exceptional design ability and experience of delivering projects from concept through to completion. We have a number of domestic projects starting on site in the new year and the candidate will be expected to contribute heavily to the running and delivery of these projects. The candidate must have the ability to work independently and taken on high levels of responsibility as ultimately we see the role evolving into one of team leader within the practice.
Skills:
- Adobe Creative Suite proficient
- 2D Microstation preferable
- experience of 3D modelling software
Applicants must have at least three years of experience working on projects across all stages. Experience in detailing and delivery of high end projects is favourable but not a requirement.
