Reed Watts Architects is seeking project architect or experienced Part 2 architect in London.
Reed Watts are an emerging, ambitious practice based in central London. We have an expanding workload in the residential and arts sectors and are looking for a talented architect or Part 2 with job running and site experience to lead new projects including residential schemes for community land trusts. You will be an integral part of a small team with a shared commitment to design excellence and attention to detail.
You must be:
- a highly motivated job runner with excellent design and communication skills
- technically competent with a good knowledge of UK construction techniques
- very familiar with UK residential design standards, planning and building regulations
- able to lead a design team and represent the practice with clients
- AutoCAD proficient
- based in, and eligible to work in the UK
