Camron PR is looking to hire a full-time social media manager for its London office.

We’re looking for a highly motivated, creative, and driven social media manager with a minimum of three years of experience in social media, content creation, and community management to join our London-based digital team. The role will be managing client channels across automotive, hospitality, lifestyle and property brands. This person will play a key role in both supporting and leading client work and will be able to skillfully manage priorities across multiple accounts.

As a social media manager, you will combine creativity and strategic thinking, and have the ability to grow your clients’ digital presence.

You will have strong verbal and written communications skills and will be capable of representing the digital team in client meetings.

Primary responsibilities:

  • preparing, posting, and scheduling content on all major social platforms for clients, including Facebook, Twitter, Pinterest, TikTok, Instagram, and LinkedIn
  • developing creative and paid social strategies and campaigns for clients
  • providing high-level reporting across social channels, and leveraging data and insights to take advantage of opportunities to drive traffic and engagement
  • managing Camron’s social media channels and contributing to the digital team’s weekly newsletter
  • create in-depth campaign recaps and perform regular reports for on-going campaigns
  • track the social media landscape and present opportunities for clients, as well as the wider agency team
  • delegate tasks and responsibilities to the wider team, as well as managing up/keeping the senior team apprised of project development
  • manage the day-to-day activity and strategy implementation on assigned social media accounts
  • support the digital team on the development of strategies sharing campaign ideas and insights
  • acts as the day to day client manager for allocated accounts, being the main point of call and offering strategic insights

Qualifications:

  • three to five years experience in a social media role
  • exceptional writing skills; creating engaging copy and the ability to easily adapt your voice to different brands
  • strong organisational skills and attention to detail
  • proactive, enthusiastic, with a positive attitude and sense of humour
  • ability to multitask, prioritize, and stay cool under pressure
