Part-II/Part-III architectural assistant
SMD Architects is looking for a Part-II/Part-III architectural assistant to join its London-based team.
We are looking for an enthusiastic and confident Part-II/Part-III assistant with previous experiences in UK to join our growing practice in London. The successful applicant will have the opportunity to work on project from initial feasibility through to on-site construction.
Applicants are required to be
– proficient in AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray , the Adobe Creative Suite
– have Knowledge of the UK planning process , and building regulations.
– have Excellent writing, communication and presentation skills
Any additional skills or interest in marketing through social media would also be a bonus.
Also successful candidates need to be able to present ideas, think rationally and engage with clients and contractors.
