Part-I/II architectural assistant
Proctor Watts Cole Rutter is looking for a Part-I/II architectural assistant to join its team in Shaftesbury, UK.
We are seeking an enthusiastic and committed RIBA Part-I/II or equivalent architectural assistant with sound knowledge of AutoCAD LT to join our friendly team.
Our work is located across the South of England, primarily Dorset, Wiltshire, Somerset and Hampshire. Projects include new build, refurbishment, and conversions across residential, education and healthcare sectors. An interest and knowledge of traditional buildings and conservation would be an advantage.
The right candidate must have excellent design, organisation and communication skills, as well as the ability to use initiative, ask questions and work efficiently. Applicants must be fluent in written and spoken English.
Our office uses Windows based hardware.
The position is a full-time role, working hours 8.30-5.00 Monday-Friday, and would be a great opportunity for the right person wishing to advance their architectural career. The practice is looking for the right candidate to start immediately. Salary is dependent on qualifications, skills and experience. Living accommodation, one bedroom furnished flat, available.
