Beretta Associati is looking for a BIM coordinator to join its team in Milan.

The ideal candidate will be highly organised, meticulous and result-driven. We would like  someone who is able to manage deadlines and work accurately. Good knowledge of BIM approach and clash detection process is an advantage. In-depth knowledge of Revit is a prerequisite and essential skill.

The successful candidate will support the team by:

• BIM project setup and maintenance according to company standards
• BIM coordination and daily management of BIM projects data sets/workflows
• run BIM coordination meetings between different project consultants
• creation and maintenance of complex parametric Revit families
• provide technical support for BIM enabling software applications to the project team

Experience and skills:

• master’s degree in architecture or similar
• experience in multidisciplinary design coordination in an advantage
• excellent organisational skills
• two plus years’ of experience as BIM coordinator
• three plus years’ of working experience with Revit as the primary tool
• good interpersonal skills and able to work independently and as part of an effective team
• fluency in written and spoken English is a plus
• knowledge of Naviswork, Solibri and Dynamo is valuated an asset
• BIM certification is a plus and will be considered a proof of proficiency
