Part 3 architect

Divercity Architects is seeking a Part 3 architect with a minimum of two years’ post-part 3 experience to join its studio in London.
We are an east London-based practice with an award-winning portfolio of hotels, housing complexes, private residences as well as commercial and public spaces. We are looking to hire an experienced Part 3 architect to build up a team for several new high-profile international projects.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects from the initial concept design stage right through to on-site completion.
We are a small but dynamic team. We focus on high-end projects, delivering a bespoke service to our clients. With the direction and support of your colleagues, you will develop designs, produce documentation, and follow projects through all stages.
The successful applicant should have:
- a minimum of two years’ post-Part 3 experience in an architectural practice
- good design skills and construction detailing knowledge
- readiness to be a proactive part of a collaborative team
- proficiency in the use of Revit, AutoCAD, Rhino, V-Ray or similar, Adobe Photoshop and InDesign (Grasshopper experience is an advantage)
A competitive salary will be offered based upon experience and skill set.
The position is London-based, and candidates must be eligible to work in the UK.
