Part 3 architect
at Studio Evans Lane
Studio Evans Lane is hiring a Part 3 architect with a minimum of two years’ post-qualification experience to join its studio in London.
We are a London-based practice with a portfolio of cultural, workplace, private residences as well as commercial and public spaces. We are looking to hire an experienced Part 3 architect to build up a team for several new projects.
In this role, you will have the opportunity to contribute to exciting projects from the initial concept design stage right through to on-site completion.
We are a small but dynamic team. We focus on high-end projects, delivering a bespoke service to our clients. With the direction and support of your colleagues, you will develop designs, produce documentation, and follow projects through all stages.
Skills experience and responsibilities:
- ARB registered
- minimum two years’ post-Part 3 experience in an architectural practice, this should be UK based
- good design skills and construction detailing knowledge
- ability to be a proactive part of a team and manage more junior staff as required
- previous job-running experience.
- good knowledge of UK Building Regulations and planning policies.
- ensure all project deadlines are met to the highest standard.
- be a strong communicator as you will be dealing with clients, consultants and contractors
- proficiency in the use of AutoCAD, SketchUp, V-Ray or similar, Adobe Creative Suite (predominantly Photoshop and InDesign)
Remuneration commensurate with skills and experience and in line with RIBA salary guide.
