Yinka Ilori is hiring a studio manager and PA to join its team in London.
About us
Yinka Ilori is a London based multidisciplinary artist of a British-Nigerian heritage, who specialises in storytelling by fusing his British and Nigerian heritage to tell new stories in contemporary design. He began his practice in 2011 up-cycling vintage furniture, inspired by the traditional Nigerian parables and West African fabrics that surrounded him as a child.

The studio now consists of a team of colour-obsessed architects and designers, with the expertise and capacity to take on large-scale architectural and interior design projects.
The studio continues to experiment with the relationship between function and form, with an output that sits between traditional divisions of art and design.
We are looking for a PA/Office Manager to join us. Working closely with Yinka Ilori and the team to co-ordinate the day-to-day running of the studio and supporting the overall vision.

PA:
- providing administrative support to Yinka Ilori
- screening enquires and requests
- organising diary and coordinating personal commitments as required
- schedule management
- travel management flights and cars
Studio management:
- management of post/deliveries
- meets and greets guests/visitors
- manages Yinka Ilori and studio calendar/meetings
- stationery and office supply management
- manages and organises social events
- ensures the studio space maintains a high standard of tidiness, cleanliness and organisation
- oversees facilities management
- assists with practice health and safety management
Administrative support:
- team management and organisation
- timesheet administration
- maintains and organises the electronic filing system
- prepares and edits documents, reports and letters
- sets up project files and manages archiving
Marketing and PR:
- assists in designing the marketing strategy
- assists in preparing/maintaining content for website and social media
- assists in producing portfolios for project meetings
Financial administration:
- support processing and approving monthly expenses (in line with company policy)
- supports invoicing
- assists with production of fee proposals/payment schedules/product costs
- assists uploading the relevant documentation onto the accounting platform
IT and software administration:
- support with IT
- ensures server back-up storage process is properly managed
Skills and competencies:
- previous PA experience essential
- experience in the creative industry is desirable
- expert in Microsoft Office (outlook/word/excel)
- confident
- strong attention to detail
- ability to multitask
- able to use initiative and work with little guidance
