Part 2/3 architect

AD Workshop is hiring a Part 2/3 architect to join its team in London.
ADW is an architecture and interior design practice based in London. We are looking for an architect to join our growing team of designers. This person will work very closely with the founder and creative director to deliver great design and unique projects. Someone with the specific interest in joining a new business and being an integral part of its team and growth. A determined and ambitious individual, ready to take responsibility and run projects from start to completion.
We have a preference for full time, but would consider part time for the right person.
The ideal candidate will have:
- three to five years’ minimum experience as an architect in a studio
- previous experience in residential projects required
- excellent 2D/3D AutoCAD or Revit skills and all Adobe Creative Suites
- excellent 2D drawings skills & experience in production of drawings packages
- excellent visualisation and drawings presentation skills
- experience in detailed design drawings for construction
- experience in interior design
- excellent organisation skills and meticulous attention to detail
- experience on client liaison and running jobs on site is preferable
- work comfortably within a team and under pressure
- good verbal and written communication skills
- good knowledge of Rhino, Enscape or other 3D and visualization software would be preferred
- knowledge of VR and New Technologies is a plus
