We focus on how people experience, ‘read’ and engage with environments. We design places, products and interactions that integrate visual communication and technology into spaces. Our projects cover all major typologies from placemaking and urban realm to airports, sports, hospitality, retail and commercial developments.

Duties
Managing the process of bringing in new projects to a busy and successful business with many ongoing existing leads, with a view to optimising consistency and operational efficiencies. Providing leadership through planning, organising, and executing operational and financial strategies to optimise business performance.
New business development
- managing proposal/bid submissions
- writing, coordination, collation and submission (with input from others)
- managing tender portals
- developing sales pipeline and tracking leads (using established system)
- business sales strategy, analysing profitability of sectors, markets, regions, typologies
- carry out sales forecasts and analysis and present findings to senior management
- negotiating pricing with clients/pricing strategy development
Project finance management
- project budget tracking and management – optimising billable hours and team resourcing
- team resourcing strategies
- invoicing/proficient in Xero/optimising credit control processes
- planning, monitoring and analyse metrics for group performance
Requirements
- degree in business administration or similar
- minimum five years’ work experience
- demonstrated experience in business development
- proficiency in Adobe and Microsoft Office
- fluency in written and spoken Business English
