Juliette Byrne is looking for a part-time finance director and bookkeeper to join its team in London.

Juliette Byrne is looking for a new part-time finance director to join their acclaimed interior design studio based in Chelsea. Looking for an enthusiastic and driven professional who has a genuine interest in innovation and design. The successful candidate will be working alongside a team of high-end interior designers supporting them through ongoing projects.

Other duties include:

• issuing client invoices
• PAYE for five members of staff
• setting up and running systems to enable the team to purchase good for products
• handling of sensitive client data
• providing information and liaising with accountants and doing the quarterly VAT
• dealing with staff contracts and office management roles
• general FD/ bookkeeping duties

Ideal candidate:

• organised and efficient
• able to work both independently as well as part of a team
• preferable to have experience in using the Estimac and Zero accounting programmes
• excellent communicator both written and verbally
