Part 3 architect

Archio is hiring a Part 3 architect to join its team in the UK.
Archio is an architecture practice focusing on affordable housing and community-led projects. Our ethos is to deliver positive social impact through our built work as well as our design processes.
We are looking for a recently qualified Part 3 architect who can demonstrate experience of:
- 3D drawing software, including Revit
- detailed design stages and technical information production
- organisation, good time-keeping and ability to use initiative
Knowledge of UK building regulations, construction technology, UK planning policies and procurement methods, as well as good communication skills are essential.
Additionally, the candidate will have an attention to detail and strong visual awareness, with experience of working from design development through to managing construction contracts and demonstrable new-build experience.
This is an exciting opportunity to work on the detailed design stage of a new build housing project. Other projects in the office include community, co-housing and collaborative-design projects.
