Part 2/3 architect/architectural assistant

CIAO is hiring a Part 2/3 architect/architectural assistant to join its team in London.
CIAO is a design-led architecture practice based in Hoxton looking for an enthusiastic Part 2/3 Architect to join our team in London.
Having won a number of new and exciting commissions, we are offering a great opportunity for highly motivated individuals to work on a variety of housing and mixed-use schemes and become part of an ambitious growing practice.
The candidates need to be organised and have the ability to lead small projects as well as assist more senior members of the team on more complex tasks.
More specific skills and requirements include:
- minimum two years’ of experience in a small/medium size practice
- ability to work on all RIBA Stages
- multitasking
- quick learner, cooperative team worker and problem-solving mindset
- excellent communication and presentation skills
- knowledge of BIM (Archicad would be an advantage)
- have the right to work in the UK
We are a young practice with a friendly and welcoming work environment. We offer training, social activities and a flexible arrangement with days working in the office and from home.
Salary will be based on experience.
